Renix L. Graham, III, Executive Director & Vice President

As the director and co-founder of Will & Way CEC, Renix Graham is both persistent and committed to the profession in welfare community service. With six years of experience in financial services, he supports classified employees with financial literacy assistance through pension estimations. Renix Graham’s main area of practice is educating staff members on how to make and save money, investment protection, budgeting, debt consolidation, and the importance of life insurance etc. He understood there is a considerable need for financial literacy. His true passion is providing economic proficiency to unnoticed societies. His niche market begins in the school districts, corporations, civil services, small businesses, non-profit organizations, municipalities etc.

Financial literacy assistance opened other doors of opportunities on school campuses such as fatherhood & big brother support programs, cheering and high-fiving elementary school students while entering their classrooms. Also giving motivational speeches to middle and high school students who are deficient in personal development and academics. Renix’s involvement in schools afforded him more opportunities like renovating school buildings with new paint artwork round about the campuses and down the halls.Following renovations, the principal and admins are recognized with an award for excellence in leadership.

He serves as the facilitator of the Foundational Leadership Summit. The summit prepares leaders to accelerate to their greatest potential, becoming influential successful leaders within their organization, home, job, etc. Renix Graham was born and raised in San Diego, California. He graduated from Kearny High School in 2001. He obtained his leadership role as a clinician music director for worship & fine arts at Immanuel Temple Apostolic Church, New Creation Church, Bayview Baptist Church, Truth Apostolic Community Church, Victory Bible Church. Renix composed and produced songs for audio books, several jazz and gospel music albums. He was invited to perform on major platforms such as Humphrey’s By The Bay, Celebration of Excellence Award Ceremonies, West Angeles Church of God In Christ, The Potter’s House. He has been married for fifteen years to DeAnn Graham, a philanthropist and humanitarian, both residing in Texas. They have four godchildren, and two fur babies (dogs).
